This is a registration form for 2021-2022 Membership with the Spouses’ Club of Lewis-McChord. Our membership year runs June 1 - May 31. Membership is $30 annually. A reduced membership fee of $10 will be in place June 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021 and a reduced fee of $15 will be in place January 1, 2022 through April 30, 2022. During the month of May, membership will be free. By joining SCLM, you are agreeing to abide by the SCLM Constitution and Bylaws.
